Goddess of Decline, Hel

New Genesis PG... I really like her design.
However, she looks like somewhat unit from Dragon Empire at first. She does her job well for my new (anti-meta) Regalia deck.

I took three or four hours to finish Hel with Photoshop. My eyes hurt!
